Activate Joppa Pro
Right after purchase
The thank-you page offers Open in Joppa: the app opens and fetches the license on its own.
By signing in
Settings › License › Sign in opens the sign-in page in the browser. Enter the email you purchased with: the link sent by email reopens Joppa, which activates the license. Sign-in must be completed within 30 minutes; Reopen sign-in restarts it.
With the key
Settings › License › Enter a key. The key is in the purchase confirmation email and in the customer portal.
On several machines
A Pro license activates on 3 machines. Deactivate this Mac (with confirmation) frees its seat: Joppa goes back to the free version there.
Offline
The key is kept in the system keychain. Joppa rechecks it every 24 hours when the internet is available. Without a connection, the license stays active for 14 days; after that, reconnect the machine and click Verify.
If the license is revoked (subscription ended, refund), Joppa goes back to the free version.
